We are not a national brand operating out of a call center. The Moment That Started All of This

Fifteen years ago, I sat across the kitchen table from an elderly woman in Oak Cliff whose husband had just passed. She had inherited a house that needed work, three adult children in three different states, and absolutely no idea what probate meant or how long it was going to take. The estate attorney had explained it correctly , she just did not have any context for what 9 months of holding costs meant in real dollars.

By the time she came to us, she had spent $14,000 in holding costs on a house worth $180,000. Money that should have been split three ways between her kids. Money the process had simply consumed.

We are based at 812 W Seventh St, Suite B, Dallas, TX 75208 , in the Bishop Arts District, one of Dallas’s most distinctive neighborhoods and a community we have invested in for years. If you want to meet in person before you sign anything, we welcome that. Our door is open.
